The Watermelon Seed - Greg Pizzoli

I remember being told that a tree would grow in my belly if I ever ate a seed from any fruit, and I also told the same story to Jade. It is funny because I believed it when I was a kid until I knew that it wasn't true. Jade realized the same as she grew a little older. It is super cute when they look at you with those big eyes. When we found this book at our local library, it was a hit! Jade loved it so much. It makes her laugh, she giggles while I turn the pages in anticipation of what she knows comes next.
